Here are some examples of the works we have performed over the years.

Hacking and concealment of drainage pipe with insulation in wall and floor - with linkage to floortrap.

 

Hacking and concealment of copper pipes with insulation & wiring in wall, with concealed pipe segment done up to the ceiling.

 

Installation of aircon piping & wiring and mounting of aircon unit with a ceiling pelmet. This involves a two-trip process and it is done to ensure that any trunking is hidden - thus improving the aesthetics of the design. The pelmet is necessary to ensure that airflow to the unit remains unrestricted.

 

Chemical overhaul of a wall mounted unit where the various individal components such as the cooling coil, blower wheel, drain pan, cover and filters are dismantled and sprayed with chemical to thoroughly clean the unit.

 

Chemical overhaul of a ceiling cassette unit where various individual components such as the cooling coil, blower wheel, drain pan, cover and filter are dismantled and sprayed with chemical to thoroughly clean the unit. In the process, we will also ensure that the drain pump will be cleaned thoroughly.
